As our Customer Success Specialist, you'll spend your days on calls with small business owners and their office managers, showing them how ZenMaid can change how they run their cleaning business.
Some of them are new to this, and others are industry veterans. All of them are trying to build something real, and most of them are figuring it out as they go.
Your job is to be the person who helps them figure it out, starting with the ZenMaid software.
Core responsibilities:
Giving demos. You'll walk business owners through ZenMaid, show them how it solves their specific problems, and answer every question they throw at you.
Making every customer walk away feeling amazing about ZenMaid and confident about moving forward.
Running at least 5 scheduled calls a day. Demos, follow-ups, re-engagement calls with trial users who went quiet, and the occasional tech question.
Owning your pipeline. Outside of calls, you're sending follow-ups, keeping your pipeline clean, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
