WhO WE ARE
ZenMaid is a software company made by cleaning business owners, for cleaning business owners
We're a team of 30+ people, both full-time and part-time, working on the same goal — to make maid services as successful as possible. You don't have to be a cleaning business owner to join our team, but you have to be willing and able to empathize with them and learn the ins and outs of our industry.
Our team is fully remote and working from all over the world. Spanning 12+ countries, we have no formal office, though we get together annually for a team offsite in Europe, and smaller teams within ZenMaid sometimes meet throughout the year as needed.

Every member of the ZenMaid team gets together once a year for an expenses-paid team retreat in Europe — our most recent retreats have been in Barcelona, Spain!

We take hiring seriously. Here's what to expect.

Application
A short form with a few questions. No resume required (though you can attach one). We care more about your answers than your CV.

Video
If your application stands out, we'll ask you to record a short video. Nothing fancy.

Screening Call
A 20-30 minute conversation with our team. We'll tell you about ZenMaid, you'll tell us about you.

Practical Test
A set of short tasks that simulate what you'd actually do in this role. Takes about 1-2 hours.

Interview
A deeper conversation with the hiring manager. We'll talk about your test results, your experience, and how you think.
6
Final Conversation with Amar (CEO)
This is less of an interview and more of a conversation. If you've made it this far, we're probably going to make you an offer.

Reference Checks
We'll talk to two people you've worked with. This is part of every hire at ZenMaid.

Offer
If everything lines up, we'll extend an offer on a call!
